A. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant used narcotics by administering approximately 3 cc of liquid pentates containing narcotics, using disposable injection equipment from D Hospital 805 to Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by administering them to the bloodline of the Defendant.

B. The Defendant was above around October 27, 2012.
