A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

930,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 29, 2014.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded, arranged for the sale of, received, and administered the Megatopule (the clopon, the copon, the copon, and the copon) as follows:

1. On July 4, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.4g 1.50,000 from Ecomon in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D, for approximately KRW 501,00.

2. The Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophonephones purchased at the same place on the same day, in a way that wraps them to a coffee.

3. The Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophones purchased at the same place on the same day, such as paragraph 1, in the same manner as at around 04:00.

4. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g 230,000 from F to F in the same place at around the same time.

5. The Defendant administered approximately 0.25g of philophonephones purchased at the same place on the same day, in a scopon, in a way that scopons are delivered to coffee.

6. The following day ( July 6, 2016) the Defendant administered approximately 0.25 g of philophones purchased at the same place as around 02:00, in the same manner as paragraph 4.

7. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant received 350,000 won from F to the Defendant’s account upon receipt of a request from F to request for scopon, and then arranged F to trade copon copon copon copon copon copon copher purchased from H following Gtel in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

8. On December 22, 2016, the Defendant received an application for changes in indictment from F at least 0.15g phiphones from J convenience stores located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu on December 22, 2016.

9. The Defendant administered approximately 0.15g of philophonephones received from the same place at around 04:00 on the same day, in a way that they drink in water.

10. On February 25, 2017, the Defendant is the Southern-gu Incheon around 23:00.
