A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is prohibited from possessing, possessing, receiving, using, transporting, managing, importing, exporting, preparing, preparing, administering, receiving, trading, arranging or providing for sale and purchase of camphones, which are a local mental medicine (hereinafter “camphones”), the Defendant traded and administered camphones as follows.

On December 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:0, in the building B of Asan-si, Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, 207: (b) ring up water into Plastic disease; (c) sticking up two strings to bottles as soon as possible at the entrance of the strings; (d) put up approximately 0.25 g of a rophone purchased on the string at the entrance of the strings as described in the foregoing 1; and (e) strings down the strings by heating the strings into the bottle as soon as possible, then roponing the smoke in the bottle as other as soon as possible;

(b) Medication approximately 0.25 g of philophones in the same manner at the same location at around 21:00 on January 14, 2016;

(c) Medication approximately 0.25 g of philophones in the same manner at the same place on February 13, 2016 at approximately 21:40 square meters;

D. On March 8, 2016, around 24:00 administration of 0.25 gopphones in the same way within the same dwelling area of D Building 402 at Silung-si:

E. On March 15, 2016, at the places described in the above paragraph (d) above around 21:00, administered approximately 0.35 g of philophones in the same manner;

F. On March 21, 2016, around 10:00, at the places described in the above paragraph D above, administered approximately 0.35 g of phiphones in the same manner.
