가. ’CONFIRMATION OF FUND‘( 펀드 확인서) 위조 피고인은 2014. 7. 8. 경 장소 불상지에서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 상단에 ‘CONFIRMATION OF FUND‘( 펀드 확인서) 라는 제목하에 ’Date( 날짜): 8 July 2014(2014. 7. 8.)', 'Account Name( 예금주): G', ‘Account Number( 계좌번호): H’, ’Current Balance( 현재 잔고): Two Hundred Million United States Dollars(이 억 달러)‘, Swift Code( 은행 식별 코드): HSBCHKHH'라고 입력하고 그 밑에 ’ administratively blocked for the benefit of Mr. A( 행정적으로 수령인 A에게 동결되어 있다)‘ 는 내용을 입력한 후 그 아래 ’The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited( 홍 콩 상하이은행), Senior Manager( 시니어 매니저), Account Manager'( 회계 매니저 )라고 순차적으로 입력하여 출력한 다음 위 시니어 매니저 및 회계 매니저란에 성명을 알 수 없는 서명을 하고 임의로 조각한 홍 콩 상하이은행 명의의 도장을 찍었다.

B. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant forged a bank balance certificate (NK SETMNT): (a) on the part of a non-permanent area, the name of the Defendant entered the name of the bank "BNK SETEMNT" (U.S. dollars); (b) "ACCO UNTRUTNNUBE (Account Number)"; (c) "DACE (Date) 31 July 2014 (Date)"; (d) "BACRE (Date 31, 2014)"; and (d) "BATRCE (Difference)" in the name of the bank "BGE" in the name of the bank "BGK SETE", and then, in the name of the bank "BGE" in each order, the name of the bank "Seoul, in the name of the Bank" and the name of the bank "Seoul, in each of the following order."

Accordingly, the defendant is under the name of the Red bean Bank.
