A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2015 to April 2018, the Defendant served as the director of Red Congo Corporation, the 16th floor of the Red Congo E building, and has been engaged in the accounting and fund management of the above red bean corporation.

1. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) withdrawn 20,000 red bean (Korean won 2,760,000 won) from the Defendant’s personal use, such as entertainment expenses, in cash, at the office of the Gu Office of the Gu Office of the Gu Office of the Gu Office of the KSB of the Red bean Bank, 1205 of the Red bean Energy Pora, in the name of the victim, while keeping the money from the Defendant’s KEB bank account for the said company for the said company.

From that point to April 19, 2018, the Defendant, through the foregoing method, embezzled USD 9,658,400 in total on 128 occasions, as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes (1) by withdrawing and arbitrarily consumings (Korean won KRW 1,332,859,200) in cash, as in the previous Schedule of Crimes (1).

2. The Defendant had the intent to evade contact with the above FF Seoul head office, and to make sure that the Defendant cannot work properly due to the investigation into the Hong Mean Financial Management Bureau and Saeman Saeman’s official document for hiding the above embezzlement, and to forge the relevant document and report the relevant document as if the money in the account in the name of the said FF corporation is kept as is.

On September 19, 2017, the Defendant, using a computer for the purpose of uttering at the office of the above Hong Congo Corporation, posted the logos of the above agency posted on the Internet website of the Hong Congo Bank, and notified the F corporation of the fact that the investigation previously conducted with respect to the F corporation was completed without a fine as of September 22, 2017.
