[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A as a representative of the C organization, solicited D to perform the construction of “E” facilities, which are a kind of crop cultivation facilities, as part of a green project undertaken by the said management headquarters in the Republic of Korea, from around the time when F, the first contractor of the said construction suspended the construction, and Defendant B, as Defendant A’s children, is in charge of the field work such as ordering materials necessary for the construction at the site of the said “E” facilities at the direction of A.
