A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:35 on August 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) brought about a dispute with the victim on the ground that women D(40 years of age) were not able to reach the mind of the victim; (b) brought about a dispute with the victim on August 8, 2019, at around 03:35, around 8, 2019, on the part of the victim’s finger hand, who was trying to defend the victim by putting the dangerous thing on the table table; (c) brought about a beer disease, which is a dangerous thing on the table table; and (d) brought about an injury to the victim by putting the head of the victim one time and putting about 8 weeks back the part of the victim’s head into the part of the right finger hand, which requires treatment for about 8 weeks.

According to the statement, G’s statement is recognized to the effect that “A female at the time of the instant case, who was a female at the time, had referred to the effect that “A victim entered a singing room and sing the Defendant itself, sing the Defendant, and singing the Defendant, and the Defendant did not sing the Defendant’s appearance,” refers to “A” in the police call with the police. As such, G’s statement refers to “A” in this case’s statement.
