The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 19:30 on June 6, 2019, the Defendant, at the point of “C” located in “C,” and at the time, there were several customers, including D, E, and F, who had known to the general public at the time, and the victim G, who was not adequate for appraisal due to mutual complaint and accusation, made a public insult of the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act.

C. On February 26, 2020 after the indictment of this case, the withdrawal of the complaint by the victim on February 26, 2020

(d) Public prosecution dismissal: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
