Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act by the Seoul Central District Court on April 28, 2006 and completed the execution of the sentence on October 22, 2006, and on September 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of suspension of execution for 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court on September 2, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 24, 2012.

1. On February 201, the Defendant: (a) based on the fact that the Victim C and D were newly built in Gwangju City and sold in lots due to Gyeonggi-si, concluded a sales contract with six households among the above victims, and subsequently paid the purchase price after the transfer of ownership; (b) and (c) had the victims of the above sales-related lending work performed in order to pay the purchase price after the transfer of ownership; and (d) had the victims of the above sales-related lending work, by deceiving the victims to acquire pecuniary benefits from the victims, as soon as the construction price would be paid.
On June 15, 201, the Defendant purchased F building A, a sale office of the above Bara, from the victims to the six generations of F building B (F building Nos. 201, 202, 301, 302, 401, 402) during the above loan, and the terms and conditions of the sale are to pay the balance of 360 million won within one month after the transfer of ownership to six persons, such as G, etc., designated by the internal government. Even after the transfer of ownership, the Defendant did not establish any limited real right, such as a security right, against the above real estate before the remainder payment. In addition, if the construction work of the above six generations is conducted in the amount of KRW 120 million per household, the Defendant would return the ownership of the above real estate to the victims immediately, and if the ownership of the above real estate is transferred, the Defendant would return the agreement to the victims.
However, the facts are that the defendant had been operated previously by the defendant.
