A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim take up the construction of a ship/board from July 20, 2017 to August 10, 2017, but did not pay only KRW 15 million out of the price, and did not pay the remainder of KRW 25 million, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not pay approximately KRW 200,000,000, which occurred while the Defendant had no particular property or fixed income, while continuing the loan construction.
