A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

A. The Defendant is the father of the Victim B (Min, Sept. 2, 2001).

1. Since the Defendant violates the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) between October 2015 and November 2015 (child abuse) is the father and father of the victim B (child abuse), the Defendant is a person obligated to protect, rear and educate the victim.

2. From March 2016 to June 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Conduct, such as Fraudulent Means, etc.) between around March 2016 and around June 2016, from around 20:00 to around 21:00 on the day, the Defendant: (a) left the cell in front of the victim B (the age of 14)’s visit within the residence specified in paragraph (1); (b) when there is no room at the house, the Defendant’s domestic violence inclination, such as the ward, and the house in front; (c) laid the house in front of the victim’s house; (d) was forced to wear the victim’s entrance into the house; and (d) was forced to wear the clothes in front of the victim’s chest with his/her hand; and (e) putting the victim’s chest into the house in front of the victim’s hand; and (e) putting the victim’s finger by drinking the victim’s finger.

As a result, the Defendant, by force, put the victim's sexual intercourse into the victim's sexual intercourse.

3. The Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) between March 2017 and April 2017, during the period from March 2017 to April 2017, the Defendant went to a family-friendly and other school festival without a mobile phone from around 22:00 on the date to April 2017.
