A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the child abuse treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim B (n, C) and D (n, E).

1. The Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child’s coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc.) stated, on May 1, 2018, that “on the first round of May 19:00, the Defendant engaged in sexual harassment, etc., such as sexual harassment, etc., causing a sense of sexual shame, etc., to a child, by showing the video images taken by the head of sexual intercourse with the sex of a woman on a cell phone, while engaging in sexual harassment, etc., which would cause a sense of sexual humiliation to a child.”
