On July 23, 2014, A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Military and Mountain Villages Branch of the Jeonju District Court for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on January 4, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.

In collusion with G (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day), the Defendants made a false statement as to the purchase of merchandise coupons with a merchandise coupon dealer by using the fact that the daily amount of time has elapsed, and intended to receive the merchandise coupon by deceiving the forged merchandise coupon into the account of the merchandise coupon dealer in a normal manner by depositing the merchandise coupon in collusion with G (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day).

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. In collusion with G, the Defendants holding the securities-related event may make K K K Kwikset service engineer deposit in the deposit account of a limited company Skwikset Korea and deliver it to the said bank employees as if they were duly formed at the time of the following year: (a) the check number “H”, par value “H”, “95 million won”, “date of June 2, 2015”; (b) the issuer(state) representative director J”; and (c) the payment date; and (d) the one copy of the check which is forged at the new branch of the Bank at the same time in collusion with G; and (e) the same year from that time, it was used by the said bank employees as if they were duly constituted.

7. Until March 1, 200, each event was held by allowing bank employees who are not aware of the fact to deliver eight copies of the forged check, such as in the table (i) of annexed crimes, to the same manner, as if it were duly constituted.

B. The Defendants’ fraud, in collusion with G on June 2, 2015, called “N division working in I” to the employees M of the victim limited company affiliated with the victim (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”) of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, about 253 and 3 floors.
