A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months as a crime of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 26, 201, and the execution of the sentence was completed on May 3, 201, and is not a person handling narcotics.

"2012 Highest 7720"

1. On November 201, 201, the Defendant issued approximately 0.2 grams of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection machine, to D, at a literature clinic operated by the Defendant in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.

2. At around 01:20 on November 20, 201, the Defendant received 0.1g of philophones contained in D, in front of a bank where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the direction of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu E, Incheon.

3. At around 01:50 on November 20, 201, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of philophonephones delivered from D, together with G, into two for a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected phiphones into their own arms.

4. On February 4, 2012, the Defendant received 0.1g of philophonephones, which were contained in the H building 7th 402, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and I, one-time philophones from the Defendant.

5. On February 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of philophonephones delivered by I together with G into two for a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected philophones into one’s own arms.

On March 17:30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) handed over KRW 700,000 in cash with the request to purchase a gun (referring to the one in which a philopon is obtained from a one-time injection machine; (b) approximately 0.8g), which was contained in the one-time injection machine that I purchased from D at the above location at around 18:30,000 on the same day.
