A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of bodily harm by assault in the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 13, 2015.
1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, at around 09:00 on May 13, 2015, 2015, expressed that “the Defendant was released from a prison of today” while under the influence of alcohol at a wooden police box of the relevant police station located in Mapo-si C.
