Text
1. A. Revocation of a donation agreement concluded on October 11, 2010 between Defendant KimA and Nonparty UCC with respect to 585/1369 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
B. The gift agreement concluded on October 11, 2010 between Defendant KimB and Nonparty UCC is revoked with respect to 585/1369 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
2. A. Defendant KimA will implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on October 11, 2010 by the receipt No. 73163, with respect to the portion of 585/138 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to Nonparty UCC.
B. Defendant KimB shall implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration, which was completed on October 11, 2010 by the receipt of No. 73164, with respect to the portion of 585/136 out of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to Nonparty UCC.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendants.
