Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver's license on August 17:15, 2016, and driven the three-lanes in front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong New Town 12, Jin-ro 2, Jin-ro 128, the two-lanes in front of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, in a unified way, along the distance of the flag village.

On August 21, 2016, around 17:15, the Defendant operated a vehicle without mandatory insurance, as a holder of the said vehicle, on the front road of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu 12-2, Eunpyeong New Airport 128 Dong-gu.
