On December 16, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.191% on blood alcohol level on 10:05, driven a rocketing taxi for business use belonging to C (ju) in the section of about 500 meters from the front day of the shooting distance near the 10-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, Eunpyeong New Town 10-dong to the front day of about 616-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, 107.
