A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 27, 2013; KRW 7 million for the same offense in the same court on March 27, 2013; KRW 1.5 million for the same offense in the Seoul Southern District Court on April 17, 2012; and KRW 2.5 million for the same offense on October 25, 201.

1. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:15, operated a rocketing car in the Track-dong without a car driver’s license from the town station located in the Pocing-si, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul to the 280 west-si, Seocho-gu, Seoul to the 280 west-si, Seo-gu, 10km.

2. On June 17, 2014, the Defendant, at around 10:22, driven a DK5 vehicle at a 300-meter radius from the front of the Heungyang-gu Do road located in the Goyang-gu Do, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, without a vehicle driver’s license, to the front of the middle school in the 300-meter Do.
