1. The Defendant is limited to the cause of sale on August 22, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

The Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer of ownership registration procedure from the Plaintiff on August 22, 2015, since the purchase of a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff on August 22, 2015 does not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized by the purport of the entire pleadings.

At the time of the conclusion of the above sales contract, the Defendant asserted to the effect that at the time of the conclusion of the above sales contract, the Plaintiff agreed to allow the Plaintiff to use his name as it is and not to transfer ownership.

Even if the title trust agreement can be terminated at any time, the conclusion does not change.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
