If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs a relic screening business in a mutual name.

The Defendant owns a dry field of 503 square meters in Si, Gyeongsan, a natural green area outside an agricultural promotion area.

In order to use the above green natural green area for other purposes, permission on farmland diversion should be obtained.

Nevertheless, from October 15, 2010 to dry field located in the above place, the Defendant used the farmland as a recycling center (water) and diverted the farmland without permission.
