Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells high-water sales business in the name of B.

In order to use any farmland outside an agricultural promotion area for other purposes, farmland conversion permission shall be obtained.

Nevertheless, from October 2015 to June 20, 2016, the Defendant diverted farmland without permission, such as installing a gire, container, and solid water loaded in a dry field with a size of 1,696 square meters in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, without permission to divert farmland.
