Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol within the so-called “Interference with business and disturbance of the owner of a government office” in the Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul 4, 2019, sent a complaint to a police officer in the form of a “scambling,” such as “scambling,” not for the Government of the Republic of Korea, but for the Government of the Republic of Korea,” and “scambling,” and scam, for about two hours from that time to 16:30 of that day, the Defendant, while drinking at a police box, who is a public office, flabed, by very rough or acting very rough words and actions.
