A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2019, at around 13:15, the Defendant was trying to enter a wedding hall by driving Done Starex car on the front side of Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and was subject to control from the victim E (the 22 years old), who is a dangerous object, knee of the victim of the said knee, who is a dangerous object.
