Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 201, at the parking center located in the fifth floor parking lot of the building B in Jung-gu, Daegu, the Defendant: (a) provided a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the victim C (here, 16 years of age) and the victim D (the 16 years of age) demand the Defendant to leave the parking management unit at the parking center located in the fifth floor of the building B in Jung-gu, Daegu; (b) provided a knife with a knife, one knife, a dangerous object in possession of the back part of the knife, and threatened the victims.
