Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the F building occupied by the E convalescent Hospital located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D operated by the victim C.

On July 9, 2013, the Defendant, at the time of opening the above E-C convalescent, concluded a lease contract with the victim, instead of the victim who had worked in another hospital, to independently enter into the said building with G, 300 million won, and 25 million won. Since then, the Defendant entered into a lease contract with the victim who completed the hospital service, and the victim, other than G, again agreed to enter into the lease contract with the victim, and paid all rents to the Defendant. However, even though the Defendant attempted to raise the rent in the process of changing the name of the above hospital by himself from G to the victim, the Defendant had been dissatisfied with the victim.
