All sentence imposed on the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2013, Defendants A, B, and C’s joint assault Defendants recorded the contents unfavorable to the Defendants, such as the victim I, who is the head of the apartment management office, in front of 201 H apartment 201, on the street around August 7, 2013, on the ground that the victim I, who is the head of the apartment management office, recorded them as a tape recorder, and did not reform the opening of the management office.

In order to take the recording device from the victim, Defendant A was sealed with the victim’s left side and Defendant B was pushed with the victim’s upper arms, and Defendant B was pushed with the victim’s upper arms twice in both hands, and Defendant C was pushed with the victim’s shot.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

2. At around 13:05 on August 7, 2013, Defendants B, D, C, and E’s joint assaulted the victim’s mobile phone setting up the victim’s cell phone on the ground that the victim J had taken the face of the assault between the Defendants and the said I, at the place specified in the above paragraph (1).

In order to cut off a cell phone from the victim, Defendant B led the victim’s two arms and jackets, Defendant E was placed with his own clothes such as the victim, Defendant E was placed with his left arms, and Defendant D was placed with his left arms after taking the head of the victim as his hand. Defendant C was placed with his left arms, and Defendant C was placed with his own shoulder one time by putting the part of the victim’s shoulder and then tightly pushed the victim’s shoulder with his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
