Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, Defendant B, and C, respectively, by a fine of one million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) from around 18:49 on September 15, 2014 to remove a victim G (64 years of age) constructed from around 18:49 to 19:0 on September 15, 2014, with a view to preventing the victim from entering the building before the building, the victim was aware of the illegal family building, and the victim was found to have discovered it and entered the building as the above, and the victim was able to enter the building from around 19:07 on the same day to around 19:10:0 on the same day, in order to prevent the victim from entering the building before the building, and the person under the name was unable to enter the building with the victim as Defendant A, leading the victim to the entrance to the parking lot by attaching the victim’s arms, etc., and then the victim was pushed by Defendant C’s hand.

As a result, the Defendants, in collaboration with the non-name victims, suffered bodily injury on both sides, which require approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant committed assault against the victim, including, during the period from 19:11 to 19:15 on the same day, the victim H (42 Do) who resisted the above removal of the building in front of the building at hand was pushed down with the victim H (42 Doh) who was pushed down with the said removal, and the mentor’s bank continued to be boomed by the victim.
