Punishment of the crime

B, around 01:30 on February 20, 2016, around the 01:0, at the Daegu Nam-dong, Seoul metropolitan-dong, it knew that it was impossible to receive insurance money due to a licenseless driving at the time, while driving a BMW car owned by it, caused a traffic accident in which it was parked at the parking lot, and caused a traffic accident in which XG and EB B B B B B car was parked at the parking lot, and requested to receive insurance as if the above traffic accident occurred while driving a NAN car at the FN city, and the Defendant provided the insurance insurance as if the above traffic accident occurred.
