1. The Defendant, from February 20, 2019 to March 22:35, 2019, transferred from Hocheon-si EF-si, Hocheon-si, H, and H, and thereafter, installed six smuggling, two female employees waiting room, three shower rooms, etc., and employed three female women and two employees of Thailand, including J, as employees.
The defendant received KRW 120,00 from the customers who found in the above business place, and had the employees of the above women drink with them, and had them do sexual intercourse with them.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. From the end of February 2019 to March 22 and 35, 2019, Defendant B assisted and assisted the act of arranging sexual traffic of A, such as bringing a female employee into a guest room, by serving as an employee when arranging sexual traffic for business purposes as described in paragraph (1) in “I” as described in paragraph (1).
3. On February 22, 2017, Defendant C, as the owner of EF and G in Dongducheon-si, the former lessee K had been notified on April 18, 2018 of the fact that he had been under police control by engaging in the same trade name in the same place, and on May 23, 2018, the former lessee L was under police control by engaging in commercial sex acts at the same place as the latter lessee L, and the Defendant was also suspected of having provided commercial sex acts as the place of commercial sex acts, and thus, the said “I” was provided as the place of commercial sex acts.
As above, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with H with L around January 5, 2019 with knowledge that the said business place was provided as a sexual traffic place, and H sublet the said business place to A and did not take any measures such as structural change, such as the smuggling and bathing room of “I” or conversion of the type of business, and did not take measures to change the inside structure or convert the type of business from February 20, 2019 to March 23, 2019.
