1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principals, in the name of “E” in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, operate a commercial sex acts establishment; Defendant C manages the instant commercial sex acts establishment on behalf of Defendant A and delivers profits generated from the said establishment to Defendant A on behalf of Defendant A; Defendant B solicits unspecified customers to engage in commercial sex acts on condition that they receive 5-100,000 won per day, and instructs them to receive the payment of commercial sex acts from customers and provide guidance to the commercial sex acts establishment.

During the period from April 2017 to March 26, 2019, the Defendants: (a) installed one drinking room in the underground; (b) two drinking rooms; (c) one drinking room; (d) two drinking rooms; (e) two toilets; (e) two drinking rooms in the second floor; and (e) six drinking rooms in the second floor; and (e) employed women, such as F, G, and H, with the price of sexual traffic from many unspecified customers who visited the said business; and (e) caused the said women to have sexual intercourse with their customers.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.

2. A person who intends to run an entertainment tavern business for single criminal administration by Defendant A shall obtain a business license from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the date, time, place, and place indicated in Paragraph 1, equipped with one kitchen, four drinking rooms installed with singing rooms, etc., and operated an entertainment drinking business without permission by having female employees sell alcoholic beverages to customers and encourage female employees to provide entertainment, as described in Paragraph 1.
