A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 6, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in prison, such as night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on June 24, 2010, sentenced to ten months in prison in Busan District Court for special larceny, etc. on October 31, 201, sentenced to ten months in prison in Busan District Court for larceny, etc., and completed the last sentence on May 27, 2012.

1.
