Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. 4. On March 4, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that does not cover the driver’s seat in the Npoter Cargo Vehicles parked by the victim M; and (b) cut off the vehicle with cash of KRW 50,000 between the driver’s seat in the vehicle and the chief lighting.
5. On March 17, 2014, around 10:57, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the P road located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, where Qu is parked in the victim Qu, and subsequently stolen the vehicle with cash worth of KRW 1,000 on the vehicle.
6. At around 11:00 on March 21, 2014, the Defendant did not lock U.S. vehicles parked in front of the entrance of the victim T.S.
