1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. In relation to the so-called “development project of the First Enterprise of Sungnam-dong, which performs the redevelopment project for each real estate unit listed in the separate sheet, the New Enterprise Partnership Co., Ltd., the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd., the Gyeonggi-do Savings Bank Co., Ltd., the Korea Savings Bank Co., Ltd., the Yong-Nam Savings Bank, the Youngnam Savings Bank Co., Ltd., the more Bable Savings Savings Bank, the Samnam Savings Bank, the Sam Savings Bank, the Stock Co., Ltd., the Sam Savings Bank, the Savings Bank, and the Moe Savings Bank and the Moe Savings Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “company name is omitted. In case of the above Savings Bank’s common name, the company was given a loan of KRW 5,00,000,000 from the Savings Bank. Meanwhile, on November 11, 2009, the new Savings Bank was established with the purpose of business, management, operation, and disposal of its loans and rights incidental thereto.
B. The instant savings bank loaned the said business funds to crowdfunding and re-loans the said business funds to New Investment Enterprise Partnership.
C. On November 24, 2009, New Heung Professional Partnership concluded a real estate disposal trust agreement between the trustor, the trustee, the trustee of the land trust, and the crowdfunding Nam as the first beneficiary with respect to the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) as indicated in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).
Then, the savings bank of this case entered into a contract to establish a pledge on the above preferential interest interest in order to secure the above loan between the crowdfunding and the same day, and the land trust of Korea consented to the establishment of the said pledge.
On the other hand, around 2010, the real estate for the purpose of the above real estate disposal trust agreement was changed to each real estate listed in the attached list.
The development projects are infilite, and the development projects are infilite.
