1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 700,421,270 with respect to the Plaintiff and Defendant Bangladesh from June 1, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is, as of the council of occupants' representatives, the management entity of the apartment of this case, which is composed of the occupants of the Goi Village, Gicheon-gu apartment (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”) located in the Hani-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, the plaintiff is, as of the date of the council of occupants' representatives, the management entity of the apartment of this case, and the defendant Girowa Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Giro Corporation”) is, as of the time of the apartment of this case, the construction project of the apartment of this case, and the housing association of the non-permanent area (hereinafter “the defendant housing association”) in accordance with

As to the truster’s housing association, the trustee’s land trust with respect to the trustee, and the real estate security trust agreement with Defendant Bangladesh as the third priority beneficiary (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”).

(2) On the same day, the land trust on the same day concluded the registration of transfer of ownership (hereinafter “instant trust registration”) with respect to the instant trust property as the trustee of the land trust on the ground of the instant trust agreement.

(2) At the time of the completion of the instant trust registration, the main contents of the instant trust agreement concerning the management of real estate in trust are as follows.

9. In case of a land trust with respect to one management of real estate in trust, the real management of the real estate in trust shall be carried out only, and the real management of the real estate in trust shall be carried out under the responsibility of the defendant housing association and defendant Bangladesh, and the Korea Land Trust shall not be liable therefor;

(c) in fact continue to occupy and use the Defendant’s housing association and Bangladesh’s trust property;
