A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service with no number plate 300 Obama 300i.

1. On July 6, 2014, at around 08:30 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant of an unlawful use of air defense, or an unlawful use air defense event: (a) at around 08:30, the Defendant: (b) detached the registration number plate of DOtoba from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (c) was attached to the guard 300 Otoba, followed by the Defendant; and (d) operated the Otoba with the said registration number plate attached up to the 1539-way road from the Daegu-gu, Seogu,

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, on July 6, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of 1539, as it was against the 08:30, Seogu, Daegu.

3. On July 6, 2014, at around 08:30 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant driving a guard 300-Ick road from the road in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu to the road in front of the 1539-lane in front of the 1539-lane, without obtaining a driver’s license.
