Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 17, 2018, from around 15:43 to 16:03 of the same day, the Defendant committed the crime in the B store was cut off by putting in the “B store” located in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, by using the gaps in which the management of the victim D was neglected, the Defendant used the gap in the victim’s management, and b5,000 won of the market price managed by the victim at the display stand, including one philocopcoper in an amount of 25,00 won of the market price as indicated in the attached list 1 of the crime list of crimes, and 386,90 won of the market price.
