A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and a fine of two million won, by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months, and by a fine of two million won.

Defendant

A “F” is a person who is engaged in the competitive business in mutual name, and Defendant B is a person who has a special grade technical qualification for land development (a landscaping business).

On June 2015, the Defendants: (a) obtained permission from the competent authority to excavate pine trees with regard to forests included in the East Sea Line Port, and the construction section of the Tri-Jed Railroad; and (b) intended to steal pine trees by using the opportunity to excavate trees to grow outside the scope of the construction section.

1. Violation of the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act;

A. From June 29, 2015, the Defendants committed crimes related to G in Sam-si, the same year.

7. By August 8, 200, from “the section of the railroad construction works in the East Sea Line” located in G, the victim H laid away the 4ggles of pine trees owned by the victim, which were born in the middle by arbitrarily expanding the scope of the work to which a yellow flag indicating the boundary of the construction works can be extracted from the “the section of the railroad construction works in the East Sea Line,” and 11 ton truck, after digginging the 4gles of pine trees owned by the victim, which were born in the middle, to the original roots.

Afterwards, the Defendants: (a) laid a black chrenk on the earth siren possessed by the Defendants; (b) laid the hacker by affixing the hacker for the production of pine trees; and (c) created the appearance such as obtaining the approval seal from the competent authorities for the verification of the production of pine trees; and (d)

As a result, the Defendants conspired, using an opportunity for the competent authorities to obtain permission to excavate pine trees from others’ forests, and stolen pine trees owned by the victims by using sckes and trucks.

B. From October 1, 2015 to October 21, 201 of the same year, the Defendants were the victim’s pine trees who were born in the Republic of Korea by arbitrarily expanding the work section where a yellow flag with the boundary of the construction can be moved from the “the section for the construction of the East Sea Line” located in the “the section for the construction of the East Sea Line which is located in the victim’sJ” and located in the Republic of Korea from October 1, 2015 to October 21 of the same year.
