A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment by the Busan District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (aggravated Robbery, etc.). On February 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three months by imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted crime at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment at the Daejeon District Court on May 15, 2015.
