A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2013, the Defendant was detained in the Seoul Western District Court as a crime of fraud and is currently pending trial.

The Defendant submitted a false lease agreement with respect to H apartment 25 and 1502 in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, which is G ownership, to the lending company by forging the falsified lease agreement and affixing the forged registration certificate to the lending company. The Defendant used the forged resident registration certificate to use the forged resident registration certificate to use it as the above G as the owner of the apartment, and the Defendant collected the deposit by using the pre-tax deposit as the lessee, which is not lost.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with E, etc. to forge the whole lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with E, etc., forged the official seal of a new public office “Seoul Northern District Court, Seoul Northern District Court, Jun. 20, 2012, 2012,” and forged the official seal at will, for the purpose of uttering on October 2012.

3. On October 2012, the Defendant conspired with E, etc. to forge official document forgery, the Defendant made a photograph of the Defendant to F, and F entered the personal information of “G”, and the photograph attached to the Defendant’s photograph, the Defendant forged one resident registration certificate of the above G under the name of the head of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
