Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for 2 years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendants jointly operate a female shopping mall in the name of “G” on the second floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendants accumulated the accumulated amount due to the business depression, the Defendants conspired to forge the real estate lease contract and borrow the false lease deposit as collateral.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. From March 2013, the Defendants, without authority, made use of the aforementioned “G office” without authority for the purpose of exercising, forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of “Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu F2, Seoul, 70,000,000” in the column of deposit, “ from June 16, 2012 to June 16, 2014” in the term of lease, “from June 16, 2012 to the date of June 16, 2014”; “The lessor’s personal information to the lessor; the lessor’s personal information to the lessee; and B’s personal information to the lessee’s name; and affixed B’s seal to the name following the name of the above H, thereby forging one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of the lessor, a private document pertaining to rights and obligations.

B. On December 31, 2013, the Defendants, without authority, made up for the purpose of exercising the above “G office,” without authority, sealed the seal of the J, which was arbitrarily angled to the name of the said J, and forged one copy of the Housing Lease Contract in the name of the lessor, a private document concerning the rights and obligations of the said B, by sealing the seal of the said B in the column for the location of the Housing Lease Contract, in the column for the deposit money, “private million won,” “from November 12, 2013 to November 11, 2015”, and “from October 28, 2013; the lessor’s personal information in the lessor column; and B’s personal information in the lessee column, and then arbitrarily sealed the seal of the said B to the name of the said J; and signing one copy of the Housing Lease Contract under the name of the J, a private document concerning rights and obligations.

C. On December 31, 2013, the Defendants without authority for the purpose of exercising at the above “G office” office, and without authority for the purpose of exercising, on the location column of the real estate lease contract form by using a computer, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, the “Seoul Metropolitan Government KK,” the “Won 135,000,000” in the deposit column, and the term of lease.
