Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 재물손괴미수 피고인은 2018. 9. 4. 00:30경 서울 동대문구 B에 있는 피고인의 형인 피해자 C이 운영하는 D식당 앞에서, 피해자가 피고인을 경제적으로 도와주지 않는 것에 화가 나 위 식당 유리벽을 깨기 위해 식당 앞에 있던 주차금지 표지판과 화분을 유리벽을 향해 수회 집어 던지고 피고인의 발로 수회 걷어찼으나 위 유리벽이 깨지지 않아 미수에 그쳤고, 같은 날 02:00경 위 장소에 다시 찾아와 같은 방법으로 주차금지 표지판과 화분을 위 D식당 유리벽을 향해 수회 집어던졌으나 유리벽이 깨지지 않아 미수에 그쳤다.

2. On September 4, 2018, around 02:29, the Defendant damaged public objects and was arrested in the act of committing an attempted property damage at the place under the foregoing paragraph (1), and was transferred to the 2-ro 2-gil 9000,000 in a private household in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. On the same day, at around 03:25 on the same day, the Defendant damaged the building by walking the door side external wall of the entrance while smoking tobacco around the entrance of the said YE, thereby leaving the door door door to cover the repair cost.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
