A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 31) are legally married in the marital relationship between the defendant and the victim (the age of 31) and the defendant, since December 2018, they are in dispute with the victim due to economic problems while living together with the victim in the victim's residential area in Osan-si C, and they are still living in the above residential area.
