A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After the compulsory departure from Japan, the defendant had found a way to re-enter into Japan, using the same face of female B, with the intention to depart from Korea under B.

1. Around August 20, 2007, the Defendant forged public document: (a) at the house of Dong-gu C apartment 206, 103, Dong-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, 206, 103, the Defendant: (b) opened the Defendant’s photograph; (c) issued the Defendant’s photograph; and (d) requested the issuance of the Defendant’s photograph; and (e) requested B to re-issue the Defendant’s resident registration certificate at the central Dong office located in the 5-gil, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, the Defendant applied for the re-issuance of the Defendant’s photograph and two copies of the Defendant’s photograph received from the Defendant to the public official in charge of the issuance of the resident registration certificate; and

Accordingly, the application form certificate under the name of the central head of the central office, which is an official document, was forged.

2. On August 21, 2007, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for a passport with the public service center’s passport in Yangsan-ro 39 at the center of Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si; and (b) filed an application for the issuance of a forged resident registration certificate and exercised it as if it were duly constituted.

3. Violation of the Passport Act and non-entry in the passport were made to enter false facts in the passport by having the public official in charge of issuing the above passport issue issue a passport (number D) attached to the Defendant’s photograph on the passport in the above B name at the time and place stated in paragraph (2), and at the same time, to issue one passport by unlawful means.

4. The defendant, on September 26, 2007, was issued unlawfully as described in paragraph (3) at the port of providing Kim Sea station located in 2350 Dong Seo-dong, Gangseo-do, Busan on September 26, 200, when undergoing departure inspections from the public official in charge of immigration review.
