A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and three months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten months in order to commit a crime in order to establish a high court district court for the same year.
