A Imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of one year for a short term of six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for a short term of four months and eight months for a short term.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On 12:40 on 06. 12:06., the Defendant: (a) concealed a vehicle in the (Korean) Uniform Port in the (Korean) North Korean Peninsula located in the former North Korean territory; (b) presented the Defendant’s first class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the North Korean Police Agency, the official document in possession, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license. (c) On 14:10 on 14:10 on 2014, the Defendant sent a vehicle in the (Korean) North Korean territory in the (Korean territory), the person who was requested to present an identification card; and (d) presented the Defendant’s first class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Defendant, the official document in possession, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents more than twice.

B. Around December 30, 2014, the Defendant driven a AF YF rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 50 km to the front of the Love Hospital located in the Jeonbuk-Eup, Seoul, around 06:12:30 meters from the front of the office of the Kim Jong-dong, to the front of the Love Hospital located in the Jeonbuk-Eup. (2) On July 07, 2014, the Defendant driven a car from around 500km to the front of the Love Hospital located in the Jeonbuk-Eup, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license. (3) On the front of the Love Hospital located in the Jeonbuk-Eup, Incheon and the front of the bus terminal located in the Jeonbuk-dong, the Defendant driven a vehicle from around 500km to the front of the Jeonbuk-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license.

3) On or around October 08, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle driver’s license in approximately 5km section from the roads near the bus terminal located in the front of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the North, without obtaining a motor vehicle driver’s license. (4) On or around 14:10 on July 2014, the Defendant obtained a motor vehicle driver’s license in approximately 60km section from the front of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the front port of the North.
