1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) was from December 7, 2012 to KRW 13,100,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) Co., Ltd. and its amount.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Defendant’s execution contract for film marketing is a motion picture produced with talented donation in connection with D’D (Supervision: E; hereinafter “instant motion picture”) for theater use in the way of spreading the culture of donation in connection with the F Foundation.

As a producer, on October 22, 2012, the Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”) entered into a motion picture marketing agency contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following contents:

Plaintiff

B is a director (current representative director) of the Plaintiff Company who takes charge of the conclusion and performance of the instant contract.

The Plaintiff Company shall perform all marketing methods conducted for the purpose of the promotion of the film of this case and all the business activities related thereto, and the detailed scope of business shall be as follows:

- Planning: Promotion: Planning of the overall marketing of works, preparation and production of materials, media management, etc. - Advertising: Promotion of works, preparation of media management, etc. - Management, etc. of related persons, such as advertising planning of works, production of advertising materials, management of designs, printing, etc. - Rationing: The amount, timing and details of payment of agency fees (excluding payment of distribution and distribution contract) - Amount: 340,000,000 won (excluding additional dues) - Within one week after the conclusion of payment contract - Within 102,00,000 won after opening of a film of 136,000,000 won: Within 2 weeks,00,000 won, and the modification of the budget bill shall be made within the scope not exceeding the extent of approval of the Defendant’s execution and the modification of the budget bill (excluding the last amendment of the budget bill).

Plaintiff

The company shall report to the defendant all the matters of duties related to the contract from time to time, and the plaintiff company will proceed with the contract at the defendant's request.
