Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant, at around 00:30 on February 2, 2019, brought a disturbance by asserting that the alcohol value had already been calculated, and that the Defendant had failed to smoke, such as making a disturbance, by standing in a small wave installed at the entrance of the main place where the police officer was sent at the time of his/her employee’s report, to pay the alcohol value at the end of his/her dispatch.

Then, at around 00:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) closed the entrance of the building on the 1st floor below the stairs; (b) opened the building door on the 1st floor below the said main point; (c) opened the building door; and (d) obstructed the victim’s main office operation by force of around 01:00 on the same day by preventing other customers from entering the building door, such as “the heading flab flab head head flab head head flab head flab head flab head flab head fro head flab head flab sat; and (d) obstructed the victim’s main office operation by force by 30 minutes from the same day.

2. Damage to public goods;

A. On February 2, 2019, at around 02:09, the Defendant: (a) was arrested by the police officers belonging to the above police box, who received a report by the Defendant by avoiding disturbance at the main station, and was transferred to the said police box; (b) when the Defendant resisted the computer monitors and kids on the scambs inside the police station, which were on the 15,000 won of the market price, by walking the computer monitors and kids on the scambing of the Defendant, at around 02:09.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of the above articles used by public offices, thereby harming their utility.

B. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was transferred from the detention room of the Jeonnam Police Station located in Melelel on February 2, 2019, to the female police station as stated in the foregoing paragraph; and (b) was admitted into the detention room as stated in the foregoing paragraph; and (c) the Defendant was able to file complaints with the police station, and the detention room.
