Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 23, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of extortion at the Cheongju District Court on July 23, 2007. On May 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Composition of Organizations, etc.) at the Cheongju District Court on September 10, 2009, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 10, 2009, and the sentence of the suspended sentence was terminated on February 14, 2013.
1.
