A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 6, 2019, from around 01:00 on the same day to around 01:15 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s main business by force by preventing the visitors who had entered the country by avoiding disturbance of alcohol by the Defendant’s male-friendly job offering, who was dispatched by the police after receiving a report of 112 on the same day, from entering the above main point of view, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s main business by force.

2. Violence;

A. On June 6, 2019, around 01:00, the Defendant committed assault, such as the date, time and place specified in paragraph (1), the victim F (22 years of age) and the victim G (21 years of age) prevented the Defendant from disturbing the Defendant’s disturbance as described in paragraph (1), making the victim F (22 years of age) and the victim G (21 years of age), 4 times the face of the above F by drinking as a drinking, and her hand when the said G’s buck is cut off once

B. Around June 6, 2019, around 04:30 on June 6, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on the first floor of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station located in 608 as the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul at around 04:30 on June 6, 2019, discovered the victim H (33 years of age) who works in the above F and the above G, and assaulted the victim by taking the victim's face at one time on a drinking house.

3. The Defendant committed assault, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and at the 112 reported and dispatched, such as: (a) the superintendent of the police station affiliated with the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Military Police Station (the age of 31) restrains the Defendant who fighting with the said G; (b) the Defendant raised a complaint with the said I’s head scams; (c) scambling the said I’s head scams; and (d) the head scamscam

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
